It works right for me, CJCJ01. I am using Windows XP Professional SP3 with FMPA 11.0v3. Steps I used to reproduce:
I create a script and set it to run with full privileges and I unchecked 'include in menu'
I duplicate the script multiple times then selected them all and UNchecked 'include in menu.' When then viewing each script, they all retained the 'run with full privileges.'
Can you provide your OS, FM version and is the latest updater installed? It would be v4 on Mac, I think. :^)
We'll get this pinned down yet ... what you explain is very strange!
UPDATE: I corrected the post; I had it reversed from what I did. See blue.
Hey LaRetta - you were amazingly quick!
I've created a brand new database and can replicate the issue every time.
I'm on OS X 10.7.2 and Filemaker Pro 11.0v4
1) Create a new database
2) Create a new script - call it 'Test'
3) Check box Run script with full access privileges
4) Save and close script
5) In Manage script dialog Click the checkbox for 'include in menu'
6) Open 'Test' Script and the Run with full access privileges is unchecked.
This is a known bug acknowledged as such by FileMaker Techs. It's a Mac only bug--which may explain why LaRetta could not replicate it on her system.
For More Information see: Script menu display / Full access privileges
This is one of many acknowledged bugs that can be found in the Known Bug List thread here in the Report an Issue section of the forum.
It can also be downloaded as a database file from: http://www.4shared.com/file/8orL8apk/FMP_Bugs.html
Thanks Phil, sorry for the additional post, I hadn't seen this
LOL, this isn't a bug I remember reading about either. :^)
