Yes you can.
The easiest way is to copy and paste such special characters from another application such as MS Word. Here's how I'd do it with Word:
Launch Word and Choose Insert | Symbol.
Use that tool to add the special character you want to your blank word page.
Copy that symbol to the clipboard.
Right click your text field in FileMaker and choose "Paste unformatted text" to paste the character, such as "•" into the text field.

Is there anyway we can use it on scrip maker means when I click the button it should add bullet point where the cursor is?
I found the solution just used Isert Text["•"] function
Use Char (8226). You would need a calculation, or a replace, or some way of getting it in there, but it will add a squared off bullet for you.
