           Friends,

           Within a script, for the purposes of an IF-ELSE cascade, is there anything in FMP that identifies which button was last pushed i.e.

           I have a layout with buttons 1,2,3 and 4. When the user selects any of the four buttons, I have it going to the same scrip.

           What I want in the script is something like:

           IF (button 1 was pushed)

                       Do Process A

           ELSE IF (button 2 was pushed)

                       Do Process B

           ELSE IF (button 3 was pushed)

                       Do Process C

           etc.

           Does something like this exist?

           TIA

               you can pass as script parameter a value that identifies the button and test inside the script.

               Button A -> parameter "A"

               if (Get ( ScriptParameter ) = "A" ;

                     Do Process A

               etc.
