    Calculation HELP!



      Calculation HELP!


           On my invoices, if a client pays, I change the drop down to Paid.  Choices are Unpaid, Partial Paid, Paid.

           I want a field that if the dropdown says Paid, Paid shows up in it.  But if the others (Unpaid, Partial Paid) are chosen, I do not want them to show up.

           The dropdown field is called Payment Status.  The new field I have called PaidYN.
