I have two fields one is amount due and the other is paid date (date field)
What I need is to have a field that gives me the sum of those members that have already paid
So what I need is a calculation where if the paid field is populated then the amount due gets entered into the equation to add all amount dues that have been received.
Can you help
Create a calc: Case ( paid date; amount due )
Then use a summary field to sum up that calc field.
Another thing that you can do is create the summary field but adding up 'amount due'. Then perform a find in the 'paid date' field. The summary field is based on your found set.
