Calculation to contain Town Name or Other
I have a "reference" table which contains a list of the towns which are in the area covered by my client, a Job Bank.
I would like a caculation field in each Address record which will contain either the Town Name, if it is in the list of towns, or the word "Other". This is for reporting purposes.
The purpose is to maintain flexibility so that the Job Bank can add or delete towns from its coverage area.
Any ideas on how to do this?
