Here's one option you can check: FMP installer does not install server.pem file

I will try this, but I just want to check that this applies to Filemaker Pro 9 and other Windows operating systems as well?
I believe so but haven't experienced this bug personnally, (My Windows XP installs have all worked), so can only go with what others have posted.
From other posts on the subject, I think I've seen some from FMP 9 users, but could be wrong. I've also seen reports where there was a .pem file, but replacing it with a copy from a working machine fixed the issue.
You can always back up any current copy of this file to a different location, move a new copy in from a working computer and then put the original back if that doesn't fix the problem.
