Can I conditional format for matching part of a record?

Post

     I've been using conditional formatting pretty extensively and it's been extremely helpful. One thing I'd love to do but am not sure if it's possible or how to do it -- is conditional formatting where it finds a matching term within the record. Here's what I mean...

     Table1; Field1; Record "playful" Table2: Field2: Record "playful" I can conditional format when the two = just fine.

     synonyms::p_synonym = bk_words::bk_words

     But what if I want to do the following...

     Table1: Field1: Record "playful"    Table2: Field1: Record "She can be very playful when she wants to be."

     So in this case I'd like to have the conditional formatting apply since the word "playful" is found in both related records. Is this possible and, if so, how do I write its formula???

     Thanks,
