Can you use two fields as either or for key fields.

      Post

Can you have one or the other for a key field? In the "edit relationship" window when I click the "add" it inserts the other two fields as "and". Is there a way to make a relationship with either or instead of the "and".

      Thank You.

Yes and no. There are two similar tricks you can use that result in such an "either/or" relationship.

          1. Load the two key values into a single field separated by a carriage return and use this field in the relationship. If you want to keep your existing fields, you can, under many circumstances, use a calculation field for this: Field1 & ¶ & Field2.
          2. Load the two key values into different repetitions of the same repeating field and use it in the relationship.
