    Checkbox Set



      Checkbox Set




      I have a Checkbox Set in my Contact Management that I call Business Type. When I enter someone's name in Contact Management I check what Business Type they are in the Set.  I have added each name from the Checkbox in my Value list and Specified it to Contact Management and link it to its name. However, if I use the field in a Portal and link it to the Value list, the Dropdown list shows everyone in Contact Management, instead of just the spacific box that is checked.  (Weee, did you understand all that?)


      Can you help me figure out how to get just the list that is checked in the box?

          I'm not sure how you set up your table(s), but it sounds like you have a relationship set up to the same table, which is fine.  Make sure the relationship is based upon the Checkbox field.  If you select a Business type of "Computer", then a listing of all records that have "Computer" checked will be shown.


          Can you provide more details of your table(s) and relationship links?
