g_CheckGraphics is a global container field set to repeating (4 repetitions) and contain 1-nothing 2-green square 3-yellow square 4-red square.
g_CheckValue01 is a number field contains 1, 2, 3, or 4 - set to auto-enter 1, so it is white
g_CheckBox01 is a Calculation Field with Container as the result
GetAsNumber(g_checkvalue01) = 1; GetRepetition(g_checkGraphics; 1);
GetAsNumber(g_checkvalue01) = 2; GetRepetition(g_checkGraphics; 2);
GetAsNumber(g_checkvalue01) = 3; GetRepetition(g_checkGraphics; 3);
GetAsNumber(g_checkvalue01) = 4; GetRepetition(g_checkGraphics; 4))
g_CheckBox01 field on layout is a button with a script attached (clicking it goes, white, green, yellow, red, white,etc
The script increments the number field by one, from 4 goes to 1.
Or the number field can be changed manually.
So this changes the color only to those 4 colors? Is there a way to use the computers color palette to pick a color?
Don't forget that you can use Conditional Formats to conditionally assign fill colors as well.
