Title

Conditional Formatting using Logical AND

Post

     I need to have the color of text in a field change when specified combinations of 2 checkboxes in a 6 box set are selected. Presently it works when 1 box is selected but I can't seem to come up with the formula/calculation that makes the change when 2 boxes are selected.

     Current formulas are:

     Inventory::Choice = "DO NOT Sell"

     Inventory::Choice = "Personal"

     If either box is selected, the color of text in "Item" changes but if the checkbox "Active" is also checked, there is no color change. I would have thought the formulas:

      Inventory::Choice = "DO NOT Sell" and "Active"

      Inventory::Choice = "Personal" and "Active"

     would have done the trick.  I'm sure the solution is simple and I've just been looking at the problem for too long and can't see it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
