Title

Conditionally formatting a Sub-Summary Field

Post

Hi! I see a thread from 2011 with a suggestion to use the GetSummary() function to conditionally format a Sub-Summary, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. I'm not sure which field I should be using as the "Break Field".

I have a really basic list view layout with a bunch of positive and some negative values in a NumberField. Values below 0 are conditionally formatted as BLUE. I have a Sub-Summary part with a Summary field that summarizes by Category, and I'd like for this Summary field in the Sub-Summary part to also conditionally format as BLUE if below 0.

I'm trying (unsuccessfully) to use a Conditional Formatting formula for the Summary field:

GetSummary (SummaryField ; NumberField) < 0

This is formatting all values regardless if they're below or above 0...

Any ideas???
