Title

Container field with audio looks the same as an empty one

Post

Hi,

I've just started using FileMaker Pro, migrating from AppleWorks (now using FileMaker Pro 11.0v4 on Mac OSX 10.6.8).

When using "Insert Quicktime..." to place audio in a container field it works ok in that double-clicking causes the audio to play. But the appearance of the field doesn't change, i.e. it looks the same as an empty field. If a movie or photo is inserted you can see that it's there, but not audio. Am I doing something wrong, or is this how it's meant to work? Thanks.
