CONTROL / IMPORT FROM MULTIPLE DATABASES
I have written a database in FP12 that handles medical records from various clinics. However, to keep the speed up and satisfy certain security requirements, I need to run one database for each clinic.
I would like to then have one "master" database which can import and combine the data from all five to be used by central administration. Changes then made centrally must propagate back to the smaller files and be visible on the clinic databases (and visa vers). All of the databases have identical structure, fields, etc. so its really just a matter of importing specific fields based on time of change. I have though of using a script to import records automatically every 30 minutes etc. But am not sure if there is a better way. Any suggestions? Is there a script to import only new records and to replace current record if imported record is more recent etc.?

How do I keep two databases in sync so that they both have up-to-date data?
