Copy, Modify and Paste Records
I'm trying to set up a budget database, with a main table for irregular credits and debits. I have another table with regular credits and debits that I would like to copy to the main table each month (via a script), updating the month of the regular amount to the current month.
I'm new to FM Pro, but am happy with SQL, Access and the like.
Can't seem to find any information in the woefully inadequate documentation. Almost wishing I hadn't purchased filemaker now.
Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated!
