Charting is not supported natively in FileMaker but it can be achieved using plug-ins or the web viewer.
One plug-in is called xmChart, http://www.x2max.com, I have used this in the past and is very good, but a steep learning curve.
There is also a product called Fusion Chart, http://www.fusioncharts.com/Filemaker/ which is free
Plus FMWebSchool have a demo movie of how to integrate FileMaker and Google Charts using the Web Viewer, links to this can be found here, http://www.fmpro.org/news/314185343455/free-filemaker-google-chart-wizard.html
I hope something here helps.
Thank you so much.
Another option is to export your data to excel and use it's charting tools. You avoid purchasing a plug in but now have to export sets of data to a 2nd app so it's a trade-off.
I was looking at replacing some MS Excel and Access solutions with FM. It won't happen because of lack of easy, built-in data graphs that can be placed in reports. Maybe in FM 11?
