This is only a way...
1) Create a calculation field ( condition ) , result number, with this calc:
STATUS = "Open" and REPAIR = "Computer" and LOCATION = "Site 005"
2) Create a Summary field: total of condition.
Thanks, but does not work. Keep getting zero as Summary Field and I can see seven tickets I'm trying to count...
Could be because I have several tables? I'm trying to get the tech to see how many outstanding tickets he has at each of his sites.
One table lists the techs and another contains the fields for tech requests...
It might help to spell out the tables and how you've related them.
