Hi, I am working with an inventory type database and I want to create a layout that allows the most amount of records on one page with only the title and image. 20 files per page with a thumbnail image and the title below it. Please help!! Thank you!

               This are a sincere questions....angel

               1) How big is your printer?  Mine is 42 inch wide with 150 feet rolled paper.surprise

               2) How big is your Computer monitor?  Mine is HiDef  52 inch.blush

               So...

I can put a lot of records on my stuff.

It all depends on your expected use.

For expample, I can print 28 lines on a standard business check stub, with the right font and printer.

Take a look at List view you can use it to print a list of records with one container field per record for your images.

Then open layout setup... for the layout and select the print tab. There, you'll find options for printing your records in columns.

The columns you specify will not be visible in browse mode, but you'll get them when you print/preview or PDF from this layout.
