Create a field, whether text or number, then go to Options, look for Data, select this, and type in whatever you wish... Every time a new record is created the magic will happen
If you're talking about records that already exist, then perform a find, or display them all... so you're targeting the found set you have in mind... and click in the field and go to the menu Records > Replace Field Contents
