I have created some check sheets for inspections I do. Each inspection point has a dropdown menu with options of OK, Rej, N/A. After I complete my inspection I would like to create a report that I send to the owner. I would like the data base to search thru the inspection checksheeet and select the Rej items for inclusion in the Report. Each Rej item included in the repot should have a text box next to it that I can add a comment in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
