Create Warning Message Before Exiting Database File

I am using FMP Pro 12 on a Mac OSX. I am trying to create a script where if the user tries to close the last window of the database a message appears for user to confirm if they want to exit the database. I tried a custom dialog script with a Yes and Cancel button set on it and applied the script to the OnLastWindowClose script trigger in File Options, but all it does is pop up the dialog box and closes the database no matter what button you press. I want it to work where if you press Yes, it will close the database file and if you press Cancel, it will direct you to a specific layout.

Any ideas?
