creating a script for a date range and using many different layouts

We are publishers of itineraries and we prepare pdf proofs for our clients from filemaker. I would like to create a script to pull from different layouts that we use (day off, show day etc) in a date range so we don't have to pull manually to create a pdf... can this we done?

It can be done, but data is not stored in layouts, it's stored in tables and then the data from records in those tables is displayed on a layout. Each layout can refer to different tables in your database or the same table. And the tables involved may or may not be linked in relationships.

Thus, we can say "yes it can be done", but we can't tell you how to do it without a much more detailed understanding of the design of your database.
