Creating an automotive service log book

      Hello,

I am intrested in creating an automotive service log book for automechanics - I currently developed a system which is quite simple uses a single form which includes some text field and a few radio buttons - the problem generally the search is carried out by using the vehicle plate number and returning the most recent date first - what i am asking is there a system which when search is carried out a list is propogated with dates and select which to open first

You can script your find so that get ( FoundCount ) is used to count the number of found records. If there's more than one, it can switch to a list or table view layout that lists your data. You can place a button on this layout that users can use to select a a record and pop back to the "detail" view where they can see the complete service record.
