Creating Custom Emails and PDFs from a Found Set in FM Pro 10
ideally, I would like FM Pro 10 to be able to do the following for a found set of records:
1. Create a custom pdfs based on layout and automatically name the pdf with a calculation based on fields
2. Add that pdf to a custom email.
3. I would prefer to be able to see these prior to the emails being sent, but an auto-send might work.
I don't need to save the pdfs as they will be saved in my sent mail, but if there is an easy way for all users to save with a formula that's okay too. We are all on mac. I use FM Advanced 10, users FM Pro 10 and the server is running FM Pro Server 10.
