For a date numb months in the future, use:
Let ( D = EventDate ; Date ( Day ( D ) ; Month ( D ) + NumbMonths ; Year ( D ) ) )
You can put a field in place of the constant 1 to compute dates for a varying number of months in the future.
Note that for dates falling on the 28th through 31st, you cannot guarantee that the computed date will fall on the same day of the month as it may not actually exist. in those cases, the calculation will return a date in the first week of month + NumbMonths + 1.
Date ( Day ( D ) ; Month ( D ) + NumbMonths ; Year ( D ) )
Reverse the Day and Month here. :^)
Thanks! good catch on the syntax error.
Let ( D = EventDate ; Date ( Month ( D ) + NumbMonths ; Day ( D ) ; Year ( D ) ) )
