I am a new user to FMP.  I created a credential database.  I created six tables that sorts the data.  The rolodex table lists staff including their departments, and positions.  The remaining five tables specify passes, laminates, parking, t-shirts and tickets each person receives.  I created a rolodex id field to link all tables together.

I want to create a report by department that will show what staff will receive.  The problem is that each person receives a different number of each type of credential.  I have included 8 repetitions for each field but I only want to show the ones that have information, not the blank fields.  I tried to create sub-summary reports and portals but I am not having success.  

Please let me know where I am going wrong.
