Databases don't show up in client
We have a couple of databases on a FileMaker server. We've had users that use these via the client (remote connections) on a pc and a mac. All of a sudden these users can't see the databases. They are on a different network that the server is, but the server is available publicly via the Internet. Anyone on the same network can still see them and I tried it from my house last night (via a local ISP connection) and can see them fine. I figured it was a port being blocked or something but that seems a little strange now since I could see it from home. I can telnet to port 5003 on the server from the "offending" network. Any ideas where to start on figuring this out?
