Deleting a record in a table is deleting a recode in an unrelated table

I have setup my tables (8) and have setup the relationships. I did not select delete related records within the relationships. I created a record in one of the tables and then added a record to a second unrelated table. I deleted the record from the second table and it removed the record from the first unrelated table. Using a form to do this. I assured the fields within the form were not from the first table. Not sure what the issue is.

I attached my file relationship diagram. Each file was created individually not by duplication. I checked the form for the Age_code and there is no link to the School_master. When I deleted the Age_code record I lost the School_master record. I will look at the other suggestions posted in the reply.

I am using tabs rather than individual layout forms. Could this be the issue? See my attached file
