Design/Layout Help Wanted: $$$
We have FileMaker 11. I've posted a few times in the past but I'd love some help with some layouts and design. I have some summary type reports that I'd like to run, and I just don't have the time or energy to try and learn how to do it correctly.
If there is anyone who would be willing to assist, I'd love to get help. We could setup a clone with a few sample records for reference. The $$$ in the subject line means we're willing to pay a reasonable professional fee.
Please excuse me if I'm posting this in the wrong place, or if a request like this is not OK for the boards.
To give you a better scope of the project --- we migrated over to fileMaker from a web-based relational database called DabbleDb. We are tracking sales data on orders.
So, primary fields we're using would be:
Marketplace: (ie. Amazon.Com, Ebay.Com, NewEgg.Com, etc)
Vendor: (name of the Vendor we buy the goods from)
Gross Rec: ($ of order)
Vendor COGS: ($ cost of order)
Net Profit (calculation)
I'd like to be able to easily run graphical reports, for example:
What % of orders were from this marketplace
What % of orders were from this supplier
Average Profit/Loss for "x" supplier or "x" marketplace, etc.
From what I understand, it's not that hard -- but not something I wish to tackle independently.
