Is it possible to disable a user after a certain number of failed login attempts (login account name and password in the login window? If possible how can I do?

You'd need to allow access to the file with an extremely limited "guest" type privilege set that only allows the bare minimum level of access. Then use a script set up to run each time the file is opened (OnFirstWindowOpen in File Options...) that uses the re-log in script step to present the user with a log in dialog for entering their actual account name and password. You can do this in a loop with Get ( LastError ) used to detect whether the re-login script successfully logged into the file or not. A variable in this loop can be incremented with each failed attempt in order to use Exit Application to boot them out after a specified number of failures...
