I think that would best be done by making adittional table occurences of the projects table. (In the relationships graph view)
Then relate their due date fields to fields in the table that your layout is based on.
You can use calculated fiels like:
Get (CurrentDate) for today
Get (CurrentDate) +1 for tomorrow
I made an example, that's easier then trying to explain. But now I see I can't upload here. I'll see if I can try to upload it somewhere.
I would tend to have the same relationship for both (maybe linked by all open projects), and the use a portal filter to limit each independently to only show the dates you mean. You will need FM 11 to have the portal filter feature.
Sorbsbuster's idea is a good one to.

I wish I could use it but I'm not there yet.
