I have the same problem...obviously FileMaker 12 has major problems and we cannot use it yet, and I need to downgrade a copy of 12 to 11.I was talking to an EDU rep and this is still not resolved to my satisfaction. I was given the following link:..Note this is the Retail Store and not the Education store. I tried both..I selected FileMaker Pro 11 download. I was asked to enter a license key. I entered in our key for 12. It told me it was not a valid license key..May I please get some assistance in getting this downgrade completed? We are looking at a purchase of 16 or more copies here in the next week and I need to know the *exact* procedure for this downgrade, not guesses.

Hi, this is an old thread but I also need this information. I have a client that has FileMaker Pro 11 solution and FileMAker Server 11 and it is synchronised with another client using the same setup. We need more licences and we have bought 10 licences for FileMaker 12. How to downgrade these licenses to be used as FileMaker 11? Thanks in advance
