1) open Manage | Database | Fields, find the field definitions for the fields where this data is appearing and check for auto-enter field options. (You can double click the field definition to open field options.)
Most likely guess is that the data you are seeing is auto-entered via one of the auto-enter options found there.
2) Some value lists can be set up to auto-complete on the data entered, others, due to entering an ID number from "field 1" in the value list setup, cannot be set to auto-complete.
This demo file illustrates a work around that brings back auto-complete but still gets the ID number entered into the correct field:

It relies on a second relationship to the same data source table and scripting to handle duplicate names in order for it to work.
Hi, thanks for the fast reply. I wasn,t able to reproduce the steps you listed for my first issue.
1. I went to File>Define>Database>Double Clicked on the selected field to edit. I can see a option to delete text.
Notice that "looked up value" is selected for the WO Terms field. That means that data is copied from a field in a related record. Remove this option and no data will be entered. Change the relationship or the data stored in the specified field in the related record and different data will be copied into the field.
