Title

Drop-Down List - remove used drop down items as used

Post

I have a setup where our users will be taking inventories.  I have the following tables:

Products (drop-down list items)
     idProduct
     Product Name

InventoryHdr  (Contains header information for the store)
     idInventoryHdr
     idInventryDtl
     DateTaken
     TakenBy
     Store

InventoryDtl (contains the Inventory counts)
     idInventoryDtl
     idProduct
     Qty

     The relationship is InventoryDtl.idProduct = Product.idProduct and InventoryDtl.idInenvtoryDtl = InventoryHdr.idInventoryDtl

I have a Portal setup for the Product table (Product & Qty) so that the users can add the inventory counts to each product.  I need it that when they pick a product and enter the quantity and go to the next record (in the portal), that item is no longer in the list (they will not always be able to enter inventory in the order the drop down is listed).

     I hope this makes sense.
