Eliminating multiple gifts for report display

I have a database where I track donors that need to be thanked. I currently run a script that gives me a list of the donations, donor's name, date given and date last thanked. I thank each donor once a year. When I run the report, I get all of the records for the last 12 months of each donor, except the last 45 days.

What I would like to show on the report is only one instance of each donor, the most recent donation. What can I do to my script to eliminate all of the extra donations? Here is my script:

I wouldn't use a script to eliminate those extras. I'd either do this report from the Donor table where you will automatically get one row for each donor or replace the body layout part with a sub summary layout "when sorted by DonorID". You can also sort by donation date in descending order so that fields in the sub summary part show info from the most recent donation.
