I am preparing a script whereby I can automatically send quotations and order acknowledgments via email. I currently have either an order acknowledgment or quote layout and email a pdf of this record layout as an attachment. Fine, but I want to do this automatically.
My problem is that in a script you have to specify a certain file as an attachment. The name of my files alter each time as I use "Job Number - Customer Name" as the file ref. Therefore each file attchment is different and I cannot therefore specify a constant file name.
Any suggestions gratefully received!
