Emailing PDF invoice - only generates 1st item on the invoice
Hi, I have filemaker pro advanced Version 11
I stated to make a database and started with the one called PURCHASE ORDERS
I enter a record and put a few items on the invoice. When I click the button to EMAIL the invoice, it shows me the invoice on the screen and I can see all the items listed on the invoice. But, the PDF file that gets attached to the email only shows the 1st item listed on the invoice. The totals are correct but it's missing all the items which is a big problem. This is done using the actual starter database from filemaker without changing anything. I am using a MAC 10.6.8 in case it helps. i really don't know what to change or do since this is the starter database provided with filemaker.
So, if I put on the invoice:
- Bananas $1
- Oranges $10
- Cherries $6
The PDF that gets attached to the email only shows BANANAS and the totals would show $17.
I attached the image of the PREVIEW INVOICE and the ATTACHED INVOICE to show the problem.
Please help since I really need to be able to email a COMPLETE invoice to clients.
