Title

Export list of field contents without duplicates, but with one mention of duplicate value

Post

Hello,

I understand how to use ! to find or omit duplicates in Find requests. I'm trying to export a list of a text field's contents, with one listing for each unique item. So if there are 10 records that have a field with the same item, I need it to be mentioned once in the list, as well as all the items that are only listed in one record. If I do a find for the field, with a second request to omit the duplicates, I only get the records that are listed once, with no mention of the duplicates. Is there a way to get a list of a field's contents, without duplicates but with one listing of any items that are duplicated? I tried a summary field, but wasn't able to get that to work either. I hope I'm explaining this well. Thanks.

Dan
