      Export of month wise summary totals

           I have a sales report which i need to export into a excel file. The sale report has Fields: MONTH, COMPANY NAME, TOTAL(Sum of Invoices). How can i create a layout so i can export to excel with the heading in column : COMPANY, JAN,FEB,MARCH etc.. and the TOTAL (Sum of Invoices) for relative month to appear under the MONTH ( JAN, FEB, MARCH etc..) Hope i am making sense.

               You'll need some calculation fields and (maybe) a bunch of relationships. It depends on the version of FileMaker that you are using. If you are using FileMaker 12, you can set up 12 calculation fields with ExecuteSQL. If you are using an older version or don't wish to work with SQL, you can set up 12 calculation fields with 12 relationships to pull your monthly totals into 12 fields in order to get 12 columns of data for export.
