      Exporting records to Numbers to use in mail merge in Pages How to Save each Export

      I have numerous documents in Pages that I use fields from my records in FileMaker that I use the Export Records option in FileMaker to select the fields I need for each document.

      Since the numerous documents in Pages contain different fields from FileMaker, and to avoid having the select the fields I need to use each time I mail merge, is there a way to Save each Export Records option.  When one does a Find in FileMaker you have the option to Save each Find so I am hoping there is some way to save when you Export Records.
