Filemaker pro 13 ADV 13.0.4

Hello,

I'm storing PDF files in a container, which is in open storage mode, on a separate NAS.

Each new entry automatically generates a PNG and a JPG file, in addition to the PDF.

I suppose that those are created to ensure compatibility with web direct and/or filemaker go.

The problem is they are, more often than not, larger than the PDF. Its means at the moment a 148% increase in used disk space. I suppose speed suffers as well.

Any ideas how to turn that off ? I do not plan on this database to use either WD or FG.

The option in Manage>containers>Thumbnails seemed to fit the bill, but turning it off has not effect.

Thanks a lot !
