We are running FileMaker Pro 13 in a Citrix XenApp 6.5 environment on Windows 2008 R2 Datacenter.

Users will sometimes have FileMaker freeze-up/crash while they're using it and the following errors are then logged to the Application Event Log under Windows.

Any ideas on how we can debug this?
