File List (in Bento) - How do you do the same in FileMaker?

Post

FileMaker 10A on Mac 10.6.2

In Bento, you can add a "File List" field.  When you drop a file on it, it automatically stores an alias to the file on your computer, related to the record in which you drop the file. When you double click the filename, the default application (for that file) is used to open the file.

I'd like to be able to do the same in FileMaker.  Does anybody know how to do this?

Thank you very much,

Robin
