You can also use a copy of filemaker 10 to convert the file, then open Manage | Database to view the relationship graph and check field definitions. The graph gets drawn by Filemaker during the conversion, so it'll be hard to read in most cases until you drag stuff around into a better alignment, but this can be done. Using FMP advanced to produce database design reports can also be helpful.
